TARIFFS & CONDITIONS

Our tariff includes full English breakfast.

Prices below are valid until March 31st, 2008 are based on double occupancy and are as follows:

Blue Room £75.00 per room per night, Pink Room £75.00 per room per night, Cream Room £65.00 per room per night. For single occupancy there is a £10.00 discount and further discounts may apply for 3 nights or more – please ask when booking.

Reservations & Deposits

Reservations are essential, as we do not accept callers at the door.   To make a reservation, please telephone or email us.   Please confirm your booking by credit card or cheque (£10 per person per night) within 5 days and we will confirm via e-mail or in writing.   Please make cheques payable to Bays Farm.   Deposits are non-refundable.   Please try not to cancel a reservation at the last minute as others may have been turned away.
